How is Packr different from Slack Connect or a shared inbox?

How long does it take to get set up?

How does the SLA work, and why is it more accurate than ShipHero's?

Packr measures your SLA from the order's allocation start date — the moment the order is actually ready to be worked — instead of the raw order date. That means holds don't count against you: if an order is paused waiting on a customer, a stock issue, or an address fix, the clock isn't punishing your team for time they couldn't act on. ShipHero's on-time numbers don't account for that, so the same warehouse looks better — and more honestly — measured in Packr.
